RikkeiEdu Social Studio Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you”, the “user”) and RikkeiEdu (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of RikkeiEdu Social Studio (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to that organization.

RikkeiEdu Social Studio is a social media management and publishing platform that lets businesses and creators compose content, schedule it, connect their own Facebook and TikTok accounts, publish content to those accounts, and view performance metrics.

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• When you connect a Facebook or TikTok account, you authorize the Service to publish content and read metrics on your behalf within the scopes you grant, using the platforms’ official APIs.
• You may disconnect a connected account at any time; this revokes the Service’s stored access for that account.
• Your use of TikTok and Facebook is also subject to their own terms, policies and community guidelines, and you agree to comply with them.

You agree that you will NOT use the Service to:

• publish content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• post content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the Facebook Community Standards or TikTok Community Guidelines;
• send spam, engage in inauthentic behavior, or artificially manipulate engagement;
• distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its APIs;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

• You retain all ownership rights in the content you create and publish through the Service.
• You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process and transmit your content solely to operate the Service and to perform the publishing actions you request.
• You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to your content and that it complies with these Terms and with applicable platform policies and laws.

The Service, including its software, interface, design and source code, and all related intellectual property, is owned by the Company and its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred. “RikkeiEdu Social Studio” and related marks belong to the Company.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook) and providers (e.g., AI generation). We are not responsible for those third parties, their availability, or changes they make to their APIs, features, metrics or policies, which may affect the Service.

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or, where the Service is provided free of charge, is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party rights.

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or to protect the Service, other users or the public.
• You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Hanoi, Vietnam will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.
